Do I need any prior experience to join?
No, All classes are beginner friendly.
What should I wear to Jiu-Jitsu classes?
Shorts, compression shirt or T-shirt. No zippers.
Is Jiu-Jitsu suitable for all ages?
Yes, starting at a younger age or older age you will be in a safe training atmosphere that is suitable for all ages!
Can I drop in for a class?
Yes, we offer one time class drop in fees along side week passes for extended stays.
Do you offer competitions or belt promotions?
We do offer competition training alongside self-defense. We do follow IBJJF belt rank structure.
